About pricing and allowances
The free-trial allowances (3 identifications, 6 product searches, and 3 buy recommendations) are available once per account for the lifetime of that account. Premium is ¥980 per month with up to 50 Scan & Analyze checks per Japan-time calendar month; that allowance resets at month start separately from the Stripe subscription renewal date. If a provider call genuinely fails after a reservation, the app attempts to return the use. If a paid entitlement is delayed, refresh the billing screen or contact support.
AI, search, payment, and marketplace outcomes are not guaranteed. The app also shows the active limits and features.
